Provision of physical protection services for property in buildings located at ul. Piaskowa 7, 9 staircases I and V and 11 from 01.2020 at 00:00 to 21.8.2020 at 14.00.
The subject of the contract is a 24-hour physical security service for property in buildings, supervision of facilities by means of the system, provision of fire control panel services. 24 h daily and take actions that have been specified in the contract template and annexes to the contract, constituting annexes to the ToR.
Security services (supervision of property)
The scope of property protection includes the following objects:
1. street Piaskowa 9 - staircases I and V - protected area: 2,973 m
2. street Piaskowa 11 - 1335 sq m protected area
3. street Piaskowa 7 - protected area 3 739 m
Total surface area protected by the abovementioned objects: 8 047 m
Time of service - round the clock (24 hours a day) for 2 people in the period from 01.2020 at 00:00 to 21.8.2020 to 14:00.
In the buildings located at ul. Piaskowa 7, 9, I, V and Piaskowa 11, there are electronic monitoring cameras. The contractor is required to supervise Piaskowa 7, 9 and 11 facilities - using the abovementioned system, 50 cameras operate on the site. The supervision center is located in the supervision room (Piaskowa Building, 7th floor), which is equipped with electricity and a sanitary facility. Celebrations at Piaskowa 7, 9, 11 - are to take place irregularly with a frequency of at least 1 every 2 hours. Cages II, III, IV of Piaskowa 9 building are excluded from the service due to renovation carried out by an external Contractor. The security room has the TSR 4000 terminal of the Polon 4200 fire control panel. The Polon 4200 control panel supervises the Piaskowa 7 fire protection system. Employees of the Contractor are to operate the terminal in accordance with the instructions attached as Annex 5 to the contract.
The Employer's requirement is for the Contractor to have an intervention group, uniform for employees serving on the Piaskowa 7, 9 and 11 facility and to have means of communication.

Social Clause
1. Pursuant to art. 29 paragraph 3a The Employer requires that at least 2 people directly participating in the implementation of the security service be employed by the Contractor or Subcontractor under a contract of employment at work in the manner specified in art. 22 § 1 of the Act of 26.6.1974 - Labor Code (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1040, as amended).
Sanctions for failure to comply with employment documentation have been specified in the contract template attached to the ToR.
