The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of spare parts for BMW business vehicles.

In accordance with Article 257 p.z.p., the Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of rescinding the procedure in question if the public funds which the Contracting Party intended to allocate to the financing of all or part of the contract have not been granted to it.

The subject of the order is successive deliveries according to factory needs of new, complete spare parts for vehicles. A detailed description of the subject of the order is set out in Annex 1 to SWZ. It is required that the spare parts subject to the contract be supplied new and complete, original or of comparable quality factory and comply with Commission Regulation (EU) No 461/2010 of 27.5.2010 on the application of Article 101 (3) of the Treaty on the Functioning of the Union European category of vertical agreements and agreed practices in the motor vehicle sector.
