- The subject of the order should come from current production from 2019 and 2020,
- Each delivery must meet the conditions specified in the subject of the order,
- The purchase of diesel fuel is not expected. "Arctic"
- Each delivery of diesel fuel carried out by the supplier must have a laboratory test report (quality certificate) consistent in content with the material delivery document and issued by an accredited laboratory,
- Each diesel fuel supply must be delivered in tank trucks,
- Each delivery must have proof of issue, which must include:

- From what base the fuel is dispensed,
- Tanker registration number
- Surname and first name of the escort driver
- Consignee of the parcel,

- it is allowed to manually enter data regarding the density of the fuel supplied, provided that the supplier allows the parameter control with the device located in the equipment of the filling station, and in the proof of issue the mass, volume and temperature of the supplied fuel are shown;
- the units of measurement for volume and density may be given in various units of measurement in accordance with the SI system in force in Poland, however the units of measurement specified on the fuel delivery note must have specific conversion factors for the units of measurement specified in the specification;
- the price offered should refer to a liter of real diesel
(volume of 1 liter of diesel fuel according to the density measured with a hydrometer at 150 C).
Other information affecting the correct ordering process, e.g. form of remuneration, amount of security on due performance of the contract, transport conditions, warranty period, warranty.
- Oil deliveries will be made by the supplier's means of transport and at his cost up to 5-6 times a month, on business days - i.e. days from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in accordance with art. 1 item 1 of the Act of 18.1.1951 on non-working days (Journal of Laws No. 4 item 28, as amended); orders will be placed on business days due to the fact that the supplier's logistics services work only on business days,
- Diesel oil must be delivered to the headquarters of the Employer from 700 to 1500 on the day specified in the order.
- Deliveries will be made in periodic batches, in quantities using the full capacity of the tanker truck, the size of which will range from 7,000 l to 32,000 l, depending on the needs of the Ordering Party - smaller amounts will be marginal in relation to the total planned deliveries,
- The date, delivery amount and type of oil will be each time determined by the Purchaser by order by fax or e-mail 24 hours in advance, i.e. 24 hours before the date of delivery of diesel oil to the Purchaser's headquarters,
- The supplier is obliged to complete the order within 1 business day of placing the order, i.e. 24 hours, but not longer than 48 hours. Delivery will take place on business days from 700 to 1500,
- The fuel acceptance report containing the determination by the Employer, in the presence of the Contractor's (driver) representative, the amount of diesel fuel delivered which is the basis for issuing the invoice will be always available for inspection by the contractor (the driver). The amount of diesel fuel accepted will be confirmed on a copy of the Contractor's (driver's) GM receipt,
