There is a need for significant processing of information and documents for archiving and keeping journals up-to-date connected to the administration of the register services. The Brønnøysund Register Centre will, thus, procure an archive and journal function. The archive and journal function shall see to the need for an overview of case documents, the organisation of documents for processing, archiving and journaling documents, retrieval of and searches for documents, cassation and storage, accrual, as well as functions for depositing, withdrawals and delivery to the archive depot.
