The contracting authority is responsible for collecting household waste in Oslo. We have drivers who drive various types of vehicles, a we need a contract for different vehicle related courses for the drivers.
The contract consists of five lots:
1) YSK basic education (goods transport);
2) YSK post-qualifying education (goods transport);
3) Forklift truck licences T1, T2 and T4 (obligatory) and T3 and T5 (voluntary option);
4) M2 + M4;
5) Trailer BE.
Tenderers may submit tenders for one or more of the lots.
REG needs basic education (140 hours) for YSK for goods transport. The courses must be held in the tenderer's premises, within 20 km of Haraldrudveien 20. The course must, as a main rule, be held during the day, but there can be exceptions for holding courses in the evening/at weekends if the tenderer offers this (voluntary option). REG needs to hire a vehicle from the tenderer for the course.
REG needs post-qualifying education YSK for goods transport. The courses must be held in the tenderer's premises, within 20 km of Haraldrudveien 20. The course must, as a main rule, be held during the day, but there can be exceptions for holding courses in the evening/at weekends if the tenderer offers this (voluntary option). REG needs to hire a vehicle from the tenderer for the course.
REG needs courses in classes T1, T2 and T4 (obligatory), as well as in T3 and T5 (voluntary option). The courses must be held in the tenderer's premises, within 20 km of Haraldrudveien 20. The courses can be held during the day, in the evening, or at weekends.
REG will register its employees in accordance with the dates for the scheduled courses at the tenderer. Cancellation must be free of charge up to 1 week before a course starts.
REG needs machine driver courses in the M2 and M4 classes. The courses must, as a main rule, be held during the day, but they can be held in the evenings/at weekends if the tenderer offers this.

The courses must be carried out within approx. 60 km of Haraldrudveien 20. If there are more than 6 registered persons from REG, the courses can be held in REG's premises.
REG needs class BE, i.e., trailer for a passenger car. The courses must, as a main rule, be held during the day, but they can be held in the evenings/at weekends if the tenderer offers this.
REG will register its employees in accordance with the dates for the scheduled courses at the tenderer. Cancellation must be free of charge up to 1 week before a course starts.
