The implementation of a service consisting in the collection and development of municipal waste from the Włocławek Municipality, collected in containers and bags from the areas of real estate inhabited in single-family buildings, containers and containers from multi-family buildings and collected in bags from the real estate used for recreational and leisure and wild dumps, together with the transport and development of collected waste, in a way that ensures the level of recycling and preparation for the reuse of municipal waste and the level of weight reduction communal biodegradable transferred to storage in accordance with the current provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on the maintenance of cleanliness and order in the municipalities and the current implementing acts to the above Act, as well as in accordance with the provisions of the legislation local delivery and emptying of non-segregated waste containers (mixed) and bags

1) the performance of a service consisting in the collection and development of municipal waste from the Włocławek Municipality, collected in containers and bags from the areas of real estate inhabited in single-family buildings, containers and containers of multi-family buildings and collected in bags from the real estate used for recreational and leisure and wild dumps, together with the transport and development of collected waste, in a way that ensures the level of recycling and preparation for the reuse of municipal waste and the level of weight reduction communal biodegradable transferred to storage in accordance with the current provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on the maintenance of cleanliness and order in the municipalities and the current implementing acts to the above Act, as well as in accordance with the provisions of the legislation a local;

2) Delivery and emptying:

(a) unsegregated waste containers (mixed) and bags for selective collection of municipal waste in single-family development and replacement of containers damaged by the Contracting Authority's declaration,

(b) containers for non-segregated waste (mixed) and containers for waste selectively collected in multi-family buildings

3) the supply and emptying of waste bags collected selectively and for non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste for owners of properties on which there are cottages or other properties used for recreational and leisure purposes;

4) operation of the Municipal Waste Selective Collective Point (PSZOK) in Poddębice, consisting of equipment with containers and waste containers, their emptying, maintenance in adequate sanitary, cleanup and technical condition and the organization of once every 12 mm mobile PSZOK at four points indicated by the contracting authority;

5) setting in designated places at the so-called socket points of containers for collection of glass and metals and plastics, emptying them, maintaining them in adequate sanitary, cleanup and technical condition;

6) processing in such a way as to ensure adequate levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods and limiting the mass of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to storage in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities;

7. The Contractor will also be obliged to collect the waste lying next to the containers, whether it was the result of the Executive action or the users of the containers;

8) The Contractor is obliged to prepare a timetable for the collection of waste and to distribute it to property owners. The Contractor shall also be required to distribute other documents related to the waste management system to property owners unless they require confirmation of receipt;

9) drawing up a monthly report which is the attitude of issuing a VAT invoice;

10) producing annual reports in accordance with Article 9n of the Law on Maintenance of Purity and Order in Municipalities;

11) inform the Ordering Party in the event of non-selective collection by the owner of the property of municipal waste.
