1.The subject of the order is the delivery of 64 pieces of storage (hereinafter referred to as equipment) to the common courts of the Kraków, Katowice and Wrocław appellate area, together with the provision of equipment warranty services.

2. The Purchaser does not allow the submission of partial offers.

The minimum warranty period required for each type of equipment is indicated in Annex 2 to SWZ — Description of the object of the order.

1.The subject of the contract is the delivery of 64 pieces of storage to the common courts from the Kraków, Katowice and Wrocław appellate area together with the provision of equipment guarantee services.

2. The minimum required warranty period for equipment is indicated in Annex 2 to SWZ — Description of the object of the order.

3. A detailed description of the object of the order, containing the technical specification of the equipment is Annex 2 to the SWZ.

4. The list of units for which the contract is awarded includes Annex No 8 to the SWZ.

5. The quantity of equipment delivered by order to individual locations and delivery addresses is indicated in the list of supply locations as set out in Annex 9 to SWZ.

6. Units may assert their warranty or warranty rights under the terms laid down in the Agreement.
