In the course of advancing digitalization and against the background of the new flexible working environments, a video conferencing infrastructure was set up for the Baden-Württemberg state administration. With Pexip Infinity, a vendor was found that provides on-premise communication software that allows device-independent use in the web browser and offers functionality even for incompatible technologies.

The Pexip licenses are now to be newly procured through a framework agreement.

The volume of orders foreseen for this framework agreement was described as precisely as possible. However, the requirement is not binding and can be finally determined. This only shows an estimated order quantity and an estimated period for the provision of the service. It cannot therefore be ruled out that the services will be called up in a different order of magnitude and / or a different period.

The following quantities are estimated for four years:

Pexip Infinity Software/Pexip Platform License: 4 Stück

Virtual Meeting Room (VMR) License: 4 Stück

VMR Scheduling License: 4 Stück

Pexip Infinity Software/Pexip Capacity License: 3.000 Stück

Pexip Infinity Software Platform - Audio License: 120 Stück

The Bidder shall provide the Client with the Pexip Infinity licenses and the processing of the offline activation file. The licenses are activated or made available offline by e-mail. The term of the license is regulated in the respective call-off. The required vendor support / software assurance must be included in the respective price items.

Patches, updates, upgrades and support are delivered directly by the manufacturer.

With regard to the individual response, service and recovery times, reference is made to the respective guidelines of the manufacturer.
