The support services required may include (but not be limited to):
An extensive network of fitting centres covering the whole of the UK.
A network of mobile fitting units.
Monitoring of tyre tread depths and tyre pressures.
Re-grooving.
Wheel balancing and alignment.
A dedicated single point of contact for Account Management and Invoicing.
An IT based administration system and the provision of detailed, customisable management information.
Disposal of tyres in a responsible and sustainable way.
Tyre repairs, including puncture repairs.
Fitting of the vehicle spare wheel and tyre, provided they are fit for purpose.
Process for audit of removed worn or damaged tyres.
Investigation process in the event of a tyre related issue or wheel related issue following tyre repair/replacement.
