I. The subject of the contract includes insurance of vehicles owned or owned by organizational units of the city of Gliwice on the basis of other than ownership in the following scope:

1) compulsory civil liability insurance of motor vehicle owners for damages arising in connection with the movement of such vehicles (liability insurance);

2) third party liability insurance for motor vehicle owners in foreign traffic "Green Card" (ZK);

3) car insurance (AC / KR);

4) accident and accident insurance for drivers and passengers (accident insurance);

5) insurance of the costs of providing immediate assistance (ASS).

The insurance program contains Annex 7A to the Terms of Reference. Claims data are included in Annex 9 to the ToR. The insurance covers 127 vehicles listed in Annex 7B to the ToR (list of vehicles). The Employer informs that the cars of the Automotive School Complex indicated in Annex 7B to the ToR are used for driving lessons. The Employer requires that the Employer (Employer's units) are not obliged to cover the losses of the Contractor, acting in the form of a mutual insurance company, by paying an additional premium, in accordance with Art. 111 section 2 of the Act of 11.9.2015 on insurance and reinsurance activity (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2019, item 381, as amended). The Contractor must have general (special) insurance conditions, hereinafter referred to as GTC, of all insurance specified in the subject of the order (does not apply to the compulsory civil liability insurance of motor vehicle owners for damages caused in connection with the movement of these vehicles). The provisions in the GTC, which show that the scope of insurance is narrower than the scope described in the insurance program, do not apply.
