The contract shall cover the supply of the following services:
a) Provision of support services for the Cloudera platform consisting of:
a.1. Supports for active nodes in the production and Disaster Recovery site;
a.2. Cloudera Professional Services to support system activities and support during migration activities.
b) Operation and maintenance of Cloudera systems; The service covers:
b.1. basic service, provided in a manned manner on non-holiday days, from Monday to Friday, from 7 am to 11 pm and availability in the remaining unattended time slots on non-holiday days and holidays;
b.2. optional services on request, to be provided at times and / or days that do not fall within the basic service window;
B.3. Specialist services on request.
