The city of Schwerte is planning the energetic renovation, conversion and expansion of the Albert Schweitzer School as a 4-course elementary school of inclusive education in the open full day, time-secure school (afternoon supervision) and off-peak hours supervision.

As part of an upstream phase, the city of Schwerte has already developed and coordinated a draft concept. This concept draft was used to coordinate the requirement profile with the school and does not necessarily have to be used as the basis for further planning.

The order includes freelance planning services.

The following services are to be awarded:

- Technical equipment (service phases 1-9 according to HOAI § 55 in connection with Annex 15 number 15.1, system groups 1-8).

The required services are based on the HOAI service profiles. The client reserves the right to contract in stages and, if necessary, in sections.

A concept has already been developed for the requirements planning. In the negotiation phase (stage 2 of the procedure), the bidders are asked to make an assessment of the services still to be performed in service phases 1 and 2 based on the documents provided with the invitation to submit an offer in the job description.
