NBIM invites to a pre-qualification concerning the establishement of several Framework Agreements for IT Consultancy Services.

NBIM has chosen to divide the tender into two separate parts. Each service provider may respond to one or both parts of the tender. Please indicate clearly to which service area you intend to provide an application (service area 1-2).

NBIM is requesting the following consulting services:

1. IT Development:

— programmers,

— system developers,

— system & solution managers,

— application testing.

2. IT Infrastructure:

— general IT operations knowledge (ITIL etc.),

— technical architects,

— temporary staffing of specialists.

Consulting services may cover either enterprise or individual parts of the NBIM organization, both with regards to departments or locations (Oslo, London, New York, Singapore and Shanghai).

Interested service providers must sign the attached Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and send it electronically to jer@nbim.no to get the Request for Qualifications (RFQ).
