Drammen kommune City Council has chosen to leave the cook/serve method and use the cook/cool method for production and distribution of dinner to the nursing homes in Drammen.
In this connection an entirely new central kitchen must be built which is announced parallel to this announcement by Drammen Eiendom KF.
This competition comprises all commercial kitchen equipment for the building. Total and/or partial delivery of commercial kitchen equipment for cook/cool. The delivery comprises the entire process from receipt, storage, production, cooking, packing, storing and dispatching. The reuse of some equipment is being assessed. The value of the procurement would be lowered by reuse.
Parts of the price list or individual products can be allocated to other tenderers than the tenderer that is awarded the main delivery. In addition, some equipment may be assessed as leasing objects.
Multiple suppliers manufacturers can cooperate on the delivery.
