The work for the contracting authority mainly concerns the realization of a new IKC (Integrated Child Center) Southeast in Maastricht through new construction. The objective of the tender is to conclude an agreement with 1 party for the preparation of the design in a construction team and which then realizes the design within time, budget and qualitative conditions.

The gross floor space of this new building is approximately 2 575 m2. In addition to the Primary School, this building will also house a Kinderdagverblijf [KDV], a Toddlers' Play Room [PSZ] and an After-School Care Center [BSO].
