Jevnaker Municipality invites tenderers to a tender contest for snow clearing on municipal roads and properties.
The framework agreement will be valid for two years with an option to extend for one year at a time, until a maximum duration of four years.
The snow clearing is split into 8 areas/sub-contracts. Tenders can be submitted for one or several areas.
How to submit a tender
Tenderers must submit one tender for each area. It is not possible to submit a tender for several areas at the same time, as each area is set up as a separate sub-contract.
Questions concerning the tender competition
All questions about the contest are to be sent via Mercell.
The questions will be made anonymous and the answers will be continually sent to all tenderers who have shown an interest in the contest.
Evaluation:
The tenders will be evaluated on a fixed price for five snow clearing sessions per season, plus a price for three additional snow clearing sessions per season.
See the attached tender documentation for further information.
