The subject of the contract is the collection, transport and management of municipal waste not segregated (mixed) and collected in a selective manner from the owners of real estate inhabited and not inhabited in the Municipality of Rogowo for a period of 12 months - from January 1, 2023 to December 31, 2023 in a manner consistent with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1297, as amended) provisions of the "Economy Plan" waste of the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodship for the years 2016 – 2022 with a perspective for the years 2023 – 2028", adopted by the resolution of the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodeship Sejmik No. XXXII/545/17 of 29 May 2017 and provisions resulting from the Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Rogowo Commune, as well as other provisions of statutory and local law. In particular, the subject of the contract includes: collection and management of municipal waste mixed from real estate within the administrative boundaries of the Rogowo Municipality; collection and management of municipal waste collected separately, including biodegradable waste "BIO" from real estate within the administrative boundaries of the Rogowo Municipality; collection and management of municipal waste selectively collected from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point located at 1a Jeziorna Street in Rogów. collection, transport and management of an unlimited amount of municipal waste, not segregated (mixed) and collected in a selective manner from the owners of inhabited and uninhabited real estate on which waste is generated; collection of transport and management of collected municipal waste from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK);collection, transport and management of waste electrical and electronic equipment, furniture and other large-size waste - 2 times a year "exhibition" ;providing all property owners with containers and containers and bags for collecting municipal waste; collection of municipal waste mixed from containers and segregated waste from bells is a maximum of 72 hours from the moment of telephone notification. 2) The municipality of Rogowo is typically an agricultural commune. Economic activity is mostly related to wholesale, retail trade, repair of motor vehicles, construction, education and accommodation. Multi-family buildings (housing cooperatives, communities) are inhabited by 176 inhabitants. In addition, in the commune there are objects related to education and culture (schools, common rooms) in the amount of 27, real estate related to economic activity and public utility in the amount of 108, including 686 people. Recreational and recreational properties (seasonal stay) in the amount of 42 about 90 people. In the Rogowo Commune there are 4 parish cemeteries in the towns of Czewujewo, Lubcz, Gościeszyn and Rogowo. The number of inhabitants registered in the Rogowo Commune as at 31 August 2022 is 6 709 people. On the other hand, the number of people living (covered by the municipal waste management system) in the Rogowo Commune is 5 785 (as at 31 August 2022). 4) Gmina Rogowo consists of the following villages: Budzisław, Bożacin, Cotoń, Cegielnia, Czewujewo, Gałęzewo, Gałęzewko, Gołąbki, Gostomka, Gościeszyn, Gościeszynek, Grochowiska Szlacheckie, Grochowiska Księże, Izdebno, Jeziora, Lubcz, Łaziska, Mięcierzyn, Niedźwiady, Recz, Rogowo, Rogówko, Ryszewo, Rzym, Sarnówko, Skórki, Szkółki, Ustroń, Wiewiórczyn, Wola, Zalesie and Złotniki.
