The science city of Darmstadt is planning the new construction of the Heinrich Hoffmann School and Nursery School in

Darmstadt between Lindenhofstraße and Woogsplatz.

It is an ensemble consisting of three individual buildings: a school building, one

Kita and a one-field sports hall in the inner-city environment or city centre.

The school and daycare center will be completely designed as a reinforced concrete skeleton construction. The sports hall will be

built as a hybrid building, i.e. the garden floor in concrete and the ground floor in

Timber construction.

On the performance of this call for tenders:

Interior components:

- Fall protection as railing: approx. 150,00 lfm,

of which with sheet steel planking: approx. 45,00 lfm

- Stair railings as railings: approx. 55,00 lfm

- Wall handrail, stainless steel: approx. 100,00 lfm

- Internal stairs with stair railings, planked GK/sheet steel: 3pcs

Exterior components:

- Fall protection / handrail: approx. 35,00 lfm

- Fall protection with rope net filling: approx. 90,00 lfm

- Stair railing with rope net filling: approx. 10,00 lfm

- Wall handrail, stainless steel, before VHF: approx. 45,00 lfm

- External staircase with stair railing with rope net filling: 1 pcs

other components such as manhole covers, steel columns, etc.

Since 18.10.2018, only electronically submitted offers are to be evaluated. This means that

the tenders in this procedure only electronically via the subcontracting portal Subreport

must be submitted. Tenders submitted in writing will be excluded from the award procedure.
