The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management as defined in Article 6(1)(1) of the Forest Act of 28 September 1991 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1356 – "Forest Act") including works in the field of forest cultivation and protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and harvesting, and crop protection by erecting fences, meadow and agricultural management, nursery, seed production, maintenance of forest facilities, and other works in the field of forest management to be performed in the Rudnik Forest District in 2024.

The provision of services concerns, in particular: timber harvesting, wood harvesting, forest breeding, forest protection, crop protection, fire protection, meadow and agricultural management, maintenance of forest facilities and other works in the field of forest management, described in Appendix No. 2 to the Terms of Reference for this part, respectively. The Contracting Authority does not allow for further division of the contract. The amount of work (activities) planned to be performed in given locations (forest addresses) where the implementation of the subject of the contract under a given Package is planned is preliminary and may change (both increase and decrease) during the performance of the contract. Value of the basic contract /excluding similar services and the maximum value and reduction, as well as excluding the contracting authority's own materials) was estimated at PLN 3,627,005.44 excluding VAT. The estimated maximum value from point II.2.6 includes the order of similar services as well as the possibility of completing the contract in the amount of 130%.

In view of the actual natural weather situation that may occur during the execution of the subject of the contract, as well as the economic and economic situation unforeseen at the moment, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to make reductive adjustments, enhancement adjustments, new location, as well as pausing the steps indicated in each line of tables describing the subject of the order.

The contractor may entrust the implementation of elements (parts) of the subject matter of the contract to subcontractors. If the contractor intends to perform the subject matter of the contract with the participation of subcontractors, the contractor is obliged to indicate in its offer the parts of the contract (material scopes) which it intends to entrust to subcontractors and the contractor to provide the companies of the subcontractors. Such an indication should be placed on the Offer. If no subcontracting is indicated in the Bid, the contractor will be able to introduce a subcontractor only under the conditions specified in the contract. Pursuant to Article 95 of the Public Procurement Law, the Contracting Authority requires the Contractor or subcontractor to employ persons performing activities related to the performance of the contract consisting in obtaining and harvesting wood raw material, if the performance of these activities involves the performance of work in the manner specified in Article 22 § 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 – the Labour Code (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1465, as amended. amended).

The performance of services in particular concerns: logging, skidding, forest breeding, forest protection, seeds, crop protection, fire protection, meadow and agricultural management, maintenance of forest facilities and other works in the field of forest management, described in Annex 2 to the SWZ respectively for this part.
