The subject of the Order is:

(a) the repair of the wings K, L, M and 2/3 of the J wing in the District Court building in Warsaw at “Solidarity” 127 in Warsaw with the delivery, assembly and commissioning of two lift equipment (replacement of equipment),

(b) the construction of the elevator shaft with the delivery, installation and commissioning of the crane in the M wing, the construction of the staircase in the K wing and the construction of the technological canal,

with a legitimate decision for the use of the renovated premises falling within the scope of the subject matter of the contract and the decision of the UDT for the operation of the lifting equipment referred to in points (a) and (b),

(c) maintenance of installed equipment, systems and installations during the warranty period.

The Contracting Authority plans to carry out a vision of a local place covered by the order. For information on the vision, see the order opz. Participation in the local vision is not mandatory, and therefore they will not have

under Article 226 (1) (18) of the Act.

Contractors who fulfil the conditions concerning technical or professional capacity may apply for the award of a contract, i.e.The Contracting Authority will consider the above condition to be fulfilled if the Contractor demonstrates that:

1) has an experience.i.i.will show that during the period:a) last 5 years before the deadline for submission of tenders, and if the pro.operable period is shorter-during this period, duly performed at least 2 construction and installation works rely.on the repair works, including 1 in the build.entered in the register of monuments or under the care of a monument conservator, with a value of not less than PLN 5.000.000,00 (PLN five million) with VAT each and will show that these works have been made duly;
