Project planning traffic facilities + engineering structures; Specialist planning structure.
The city of Coburg is striving for an integrated urban planning concept based on the update of the framework plan from October 16, 2019 and the development plan draft No. 9/5 for the former slaughterhouse and freight yard area. The development of parts of the slaughterhouse and freight yard area is divided into 9 property areas. Each one includes both outdoor facilities and traffic areas.
The planning of the traffic facilities, engineering structures and structural planning is to be taken over by an engineering office.
An office is to be commissioned to plan the open-air facilities, which, in addition to planning the open-air facilities, is responsible for the project management. This defines the architectural requirements of the client and implements them. His tasks also include the coordination of planning, economic and scheduling across all services, as well as the integration services with all other planners.
The individual option areas have different degrees of difficulty. The service phases 1 and 2 should be worked on together for all option areas in order to obtain a consistent concept. The fee basis for the traffic facilities is a uniform fee zone for all 9 option areas, as well as the sum of the individual chargeable costs of the option areas.
For the remaining option areas, the AG reserves the right to plan and build the option areas separately from one another. The fee is determined separately for each option area with its own fee zone and chargeable costs.
The preliminary draft planning (stage 1) of the option areas 0 to 8 is to be presented for decision in the meetings of the Senate for Urban and Transport Planning, as well as Construction and in the City Council in April 2021. This will form the basis for further political and budgetary decisions. For the option areas 1 to 5 and 8, the time of the continuation of the planning and implementation of the measures has not yet been finally determined.
For the optional areas 0, 6 and 7, the planning must be further developed immediately. The resolution on the draft planning for this is planned for the meetings of the political bodies in July 2021.
The completion of the construction measures for option areas 0 and 7 is scheduled for the end of 2022. The one for the construction work on option area 6 for spring 2023.
