The objective is to maintain in a perfect state of cleanliness and hygiene all the premises of the different buildings of the city concerned by this market. The dominant services of this public service contract are:

- regular maintenance of communal buildings,

- punctual maintenance and hygiene services for communal buildings,

- punctual cleaning of the communal halls for renting,

- thorough annual cleaning of communal buildings.

The holder will have to ensure the realization of the operations of cleanliness in all the interior surfaces of the buildings. The cleaning contract is a result contract. Consumables are made available by the city of St Brice-sous-Forêt.
