The subject of the contract is the provision of outsourcing services consisting in:

1) Printing, copying and scanning service of documents using MFPs and printers

provided by the Contractor and installed with the Ordering Party for the duration of the service

with central printing system and print management and monitoring system (divided into

groups by functionality);

2) operation (supply of consumables) and service (inspection and repair) of these devices;

3) implementation of central printing system (cost accounting system, following print system

and secure and device status monitoring system) and OCR system.

The provision of outsourcing services covers its scope:

1) lease:

color multifunctional A3,

monochrome multifunctional devices A3,

A4 monochrome laser printers

together with supplies of consumables to the listed equipment;

2) implementation of cost accounting system, follow and secure printing system and system

monitoring the condition of the devices;

3) implementation of OCR system integrated with interfaces of multifunctional printing devices;

4) service of leased equipment and systems, i.e. making inspections and repairs of equipment,

take all measures to keep them in continuous efficiency;

5) after completion of the service, the collection of all leased equipment from the Ordering Party.
