KKP Eiendom AS would like to enter into a contract with a turnkey contractor that can carry out the engineering design services and construction of the Knowledge and Arts Centre at Kirketoget/Hasbergtjerndalen in Kongsberg. The project has an area of approx. 24 000 m2 gross. The building is a multi-functional building that shall include premises for Buskerud University College, the vocational college, library and other cultural functions, municipal functions and possibly business areas etc.

The start of construction is planned for 1.8.2013 with completion 1.6.2015.
