The subject of the contract is the implementation of the task entitled Assessment of the technical condition of hydrotechnical facilities in the Nowy Sącz ZZ area.

1. Part 1: Establishment of building books along with the assessment of the technical condition in the Grybów Land

The task includes the establishment of books of the building object along with the execution

5-year inspection of the technical condition of the following buildings:

Part A: "Setting up a building object book along with the performance of a technical condition assessment for a sweat dam. Pławianka at km 1+000 in Grybów Town"

Part B: "Establishment of the building object book along with the assessment of the technical condition for the sweat barrier. Jaworzynka at km 0+820 in Ptaszkowa, Grybów commune"

Part C: "Setting up a building object book along with the assessment of the technical condition for the grade on sweat. Sudol at km 1+110 in the town of Biała Niżna,

gm. Grybów"

Part D: "Establishment of the building object book together with the assessment of the technical condition for the sweat anti-debris dam. Sudoł at km 0+990 in Biała Niżna, Grybów commune"

2. The detailed scope and type of works to be performed under the subject of the contract is specified in the documentation of the proceedings, including in particular the Description of the subject of the contract constituting Annex 2a-2b to the SWZ, the offer cost estimate constituting Annex 3a-3b to the SWZ and the draft contract constituting Annex 5 to the SWZ.

The Contracting Authority allows submission of partial bids for the following lots:

Part 1: Establishment of building books along with the assessment of the technical condition in the Grybów Mine

Part 2: Performing a 5-year inspection on construction works in the area

NW Muszyna with an entry in the building object book

3. The economic operator may submit a tender for one or more lots of the contract.

4. The Ordering Party does not allow the division of the contract within individual parts.

6 Subcontracting provisions

6.1.1 The Ordering Party does not reserve the obligation of the Contractor to personally perform key parts of the contract. The Contractor may entrust their execution to a Subcontractor.

6.1.2 The Contracting Authority shall request the Contractor to indicate the part of the contract the performance of which it intends to entrust to the Subcontractor and to provide the Subcontractors' companies, provided that this information is known to the Contractor.

6.1.3 If the Subcontractor is not indicated in the offer, the Contracting Authority shall consider that the Contractor has declared the performance of the contract without the participation of Subcontractors, i.e. with its own resources.

7. The contracting authority shall not allow variants to be submitted.

8. The contracting authority does not provide for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 214 of the PPL.

9. The Awarding Entity does not plan to conclude a framework agreement.

10. The Contracting Authority does not provide for an electronic auction.

11. The Contracting Authority does not provide for reimbursement of the costs of participation in the proceedings.

12. The Contracting Authority does not provide for granting advances for the performance of the subject of the contract.

1. Part 2: Execution of a 5-year survey on construction works in the

NW Muszyna with an entry in the building object book

The subject of the contract is the performance of a service consisting in the preparation of an assessment of the technical condition of the building and the preparation of protocols from periodic inspection at least once every 5 years of the technical condition and suitability for use of the building with an entry in the books of buildings located in the NW Muszyna on

pot. Mranicznym tj.:

- two debris barriers at km 0+020 and at km 0+159

- stone and concrete manger at km 0+020-0+150,
