The subject of the contract includes the provision of regular transport services performed as part of local public transport on bus lines operating as part of the public transport system connecting the area of the Sulejówek and Wiazowna municipalities with Warsaw, in the number of 384 200 (three hundred eighty-four thousand two hundred) +10% / - 10% ( plus ten / minus ten) haul kilometers, hereinafter also referred to as "haul truck", with the total value of the haul trucks carried out on behalf of the municipalities during the contract period:
- Sulejówek on the L47 line may not exceed 210,430 car kilometers,
- Sulejówek and Wiązowna on the L48 line may not exceed 212 190 coach.

Piłsudskiego - Mariańska - Social Action - Asphalt - bend: School - Izabela - Michałówek / Tajemnicza /
The contracting authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in art. 134 section 6 item 3) of the PPL Act in the following cases:
1) during the term of the contract using buses notified by the Contractor in the Bid Form, in the event of the need to increase transport performance above the limit of vehicle kilometers specified in chapter VI of the ToR;
2) during the term of the contract, using an additional number of buses in traffic that meet the minimum requirements set out in the ToR, in the event of the need to increase transport performance above the limit of vehicle-kilometers specified in Chapter VI of the ToR;
3) after the end of the contract period using buses notified by the Contractor in the Bid Form, where the maximum value of the new contract resulting from the product of the number of vehicle kilometers and the rate per vehicle kilometer may not exceed 50% percent of the estimated value of the basic order.
