The municipality of Wenzenbach intends the general renovation of the middle school Wenzenbach at the location Roither Weg 15 in 93173 Wenzenbach. According to the current state of the preliminary planning, a merger of the mentioned middle school with the primary school Wenzenbach is to take place in the course of the renovation, which is currently located at Pestalozzistraße 15, also in Wenzenbach. It is planned to adapt the existing school complex to the future space requirements of a joint primary and secondary school through partial demolitions and new buildings and to create a modern learning landscape. According to school demand planning, the municipality of Wenzenbach is entitled to a 2-field sports hall when combining primary and secondary school into one school complex. This is to be rebuilt in the course of the construction measures of the school. According to school demand planning, the municipality of Wenzenbach is entitled to a 2-field sports hall when combining primary and secondary school into one school complex. This is to be rebuilt in the course of the construction measures of the school. It must be clarified whether the municipality sees the need for a 3-field hall and implements it without the funding for the third hall field. The option of extending the new construction of a 2-field hall by another field is to be provided.
The existing 2-field sports hall at Roither Weg 15 is not part of the further planning.
In preparation for the construction project, all existing technical facilities must be recorded and assessed after consultation with the client. Subsequently, a renovation concept for the technical building equipment must be developed in coordination with other specialist planners involved. At this point it should be noted that the entire school complex, including the 2-field sports hall, is currently heated with night storage heaters. In the course of the renovation of the middle school, a connection to a district heating network and the heating technology are to be converted to a water-based system. Collisions with other trades in the field of building services as well as with the structural planning must be coordinated before the start of the construction project, so that they will not lead to delays in the construction process. Furthermore, the execution of the work of the HLS trades must be monitored and documented.
We are therefore looking for a planning office for the technical equipment performance profile in accordance with § 55 HOAI, which develops a renovation concept in close coordination with other specialist planners involved, prepares its implementation and monitors it during construction.
Work phases 1 to 9 are to be commissioned, including numerous special services designed as options.
The planning is to take place immediately after the commissioning (approx. March 2023), funding application will be submitted in 2023.
The construction project is taking place parallel to the ongoing school operations.
It is to be expected with construction phase formation, to create this sensibly is part of the planning task.
Start of construction planned: quarter 01/2024
Completion: quarter 02/2029
Start of use: Start of school year 2029/2030, i.e. 01.09.2029.
