The subject of the contract are successive deliveries of diesel fuel. The estimated total order volume is 17 000 000 L of standard diesel including the right to purchase 1 000 000 L of diesel fuel "with improved temperature properties (temperature of blocking the cold CFPP filter maximum -32oC). The foreseeable minimum quantity of diesel oil ordered for the entire term of the Agreement will be 13 600 000 L for standard diesel. Diesel "with improved low-temperature properties" may be ordered from 16 November to the end of February. Ordering this type of diesel fuel is the right of the Ordering Party and not his obligation. The minimum order quantity of this type of diesel oil during the term of the contract will be 288 000 L. The fuels offered must meet the requirements resulting from the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 09.10.2015 (Journal of Laws of 2015, item 1680, as amended) on quality requirements for liquid fuels subject to the parameter of the flash point of diesel fuel, which must be higher than 61 * C. In the event of a change in regulations or their replacement by other regulations during implementation orders delivered diesel fuel must each time meet the requirements resulting from the regulations in force on the day of delivery. The supply of diesel fuel should be carried out in accordance with the Act on the system of monitoring road and rail transport of goods and trade in heating fuels of 09.03.2017 (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1857, as amended).
