the contract concerns the subscription and management of insurance contracts covering the risks specified by means of an open tendering procedure pursuant to Articles L.2124-1, L.2124-2 and R2161-1 to R2161-5 of the Public Procurement Code. The consultation is broken down into 5 lots. Each lot will be the subject of a single-award single-award contract. The contract is awarded for a maximum period of 4 years from 01/01/2023. Contributions or premiums are deemed to include all costs and other costs related to the performance of benefits and include any tax, parafiscal or other charges imposed on the benefits. Contributions or premiums may be revised at the time of the annual maturity in proportion to the index, the nature and value of which at the date of subscription must in this case be specified in the deed of commitment
