The contracting authority for this tender is Recreatie Midden Nederland. (RMN) The assignment concerns the execution of a Car Lease Framework Contract for RMN.

RMN's fleet of vehicles contains around 13 vehicles under 3.5 tonnes GVW. The current fleet is largely covered by full operational lease contracts. The objective is to include incoming vehicles in lease contracts based on closed calculations.
