The need is justified by the fact that the daily and daily use of the different dependencies, makes it necessary to periodically clean the premises and their furniture, guaranteeing the minimum conditions of health and hygiene, necessary for the correct development of the works and services provided. With this contract, cleaning needs are met, complying with the occupational health and hygiene stipulations imposed by current legislation. It is considered that the need to be met by the abovementioned services and their relationship with the subject-matter of the contract is direct, clear and proportionate for the reasons set out above.

The purpose of this file includes the contracting of the provision of cleaning services of the facilities and dependencies of the Council of Baiona, which are detailed in the PPT.

Regarding the classification of the contract, by its object, it constitutes a service contract provided for in article 17 of Law 9/2017, of November 8, on Public Sector Contracts, by which the Directives of the European Parliament and the Council of State are transposed into spanish law
