The subject of the contract is the collection and management of municipal waste from residential properties located in the municipality of Puchaczów and from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point located in Puchaczów at Skoczylasa 83A Street within 24 months of signing the contract in a way that ensures the achievement of appropriate levels: preparation for re-use and recycling of municipal waste (without taking into account non-hazardous construction waste and demolition constituting municipal waste) and limiting the weight of biodegradable municipal waste sent to landfill.
4.1. Collection and management of municipal waste from residential properties located in the Puchaczów commune and from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point located in Puchaczów at Skoczylasa 83A Street in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1297, as amended) provisions of the Waste Management Plan for the Lubelskie Voivodeship 2022 adopted by the Sejmik of the Lubelskie Voivodeship in on 2 December 2016 (Resolution No. XXIV/349/2016, as amended), the provisions of Resolution No. XXII/157/20 of the Puchaczów Commune Council of 2 July 2020 on the adoption of the Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Puchaczów Commune (Journal of Laws of the Republic of Poland). Province Or. of 2020, item 3801) and Resolution No. XXII/156/20 of the Puchaczów Commune Council of July 2, 2020. on determining the detailed manner and scope of providing services in the field of collecting municipal waste from property owners and managing this waste in exchange for a fee paid by property owners for municipal waste management (Dz. Urz. Province Or. of 2020, item 3800) Annex No. 10 to the SWZ.
The area of the municipality is 91.7 km2. The gmina contains the villages and settlements of Albertów, Bogdanka, Brzeziny, Ciechanki, Ciechanki Kol., Jasieniec, Nadrybie – Dwór, Nadrybie Ukazowe, Nadrybie – Wieś, Ostrówek, Puchaczów, Stara Wieś, Szpica, Turowola, Turowola Kol., Wesołówka and Zawadów.
4.2 The amount of municipal waste expected to be collected from property owners inhabited throughout the period covered by the order is estimated at 2 565.35 Mg, the expected estimated amount to be collected from PSZOK for the entire period covered by the order is 236.45 Mg.
