The purpose of the contract is to carry out a project management mission for the rehabilitation of 181 housing units on an occupied site in VALSERHONE - Avenue Maréchal Leclerc/Rue Marius Pinard/Rue Joliot Curie/Route de Vouvray

The project management mission is composed of the following elements:Diagnostic studies including the PEMD diagnosis Preliminary project studies (APS + APD)Project studies (PRO)Assistance provided to the Client for the award of works contracts (ACT)Complete execution studies (EXE) for all lotsManagement of the execution of the works contract(s)Assistance provided to the Client during acceptance operations as well as during the guarantee period of perfection Completion (AOR)Scheduling, Piloting, Coordination (OPC)
