1. The subject of the order is the sale and delivery of brand new, unused computer equipment for organizational units of the University of Rzeszów.
The order was divided into 3 parts (3 tasks)
2. Detailed description and manner of execution of the order shall include a description of the subject matter of the order (OPZ), which is Annex 3 to the SWZ

A detailed description and method of execution of the order shall include a description of the subject of the contract (OPZ), as set out in Annex 3 to the SWZ:
(a) the proposed equipment must be new, unused, defect free and technically functional parameters not lower than those shown in the description of the subject of the contract as set out in Annex 3 to the SWZ;
(b) The proposed software must be free of defects and its technical and functional parameters not lower than those shown in the detailed description of the subject of the contract as set out in Annex 3 to the SWZ.
If the software stored on media is provided, each of such media must be physically new, have an activation code along with an activation instruction (originally packaged, tape protected, having no opening and use traces).
Warranty requirements: The Contractor is obliged to provide a guarantee on the subject of the contract not less than: for task 1 to 24 months of warranty for the device.
Pursuant to Article 257 of the Pzp Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of annulling the procedure in question if the public funds which the Contracting Authority intended to allocate to finance all or part of the contract have not been granted to him
