The city of Warendorf is planning the new construction of a two-field sports hall with adjoining rooms and a small grandstand complex.

The new building of the sports hall has a gross floor area of approx. 2570 sqm and a gross volume of approximately 20,400 cbm. The upper edge of the finished floor of the sports area and the locker area is approximately 1 meter below the existing site after completion. The new building is constructed using solid construction made of reinforced concrete (walls, columns and beams) and masonry. Only the roof structure of the actual hall is created from wooden truss beams with trapezoidal sheet covering. The roof structure is not part of the tender.
