The Agreement also covers hosting of DanPilot's servers and System Landscape. In addition, monitoring of DanPilot's system landscape and network infrastructure as well as handling DanPilot's license management and configuring DanPilot's end-user hardware.

DanPilot wishes to enter into an Agreement with a proactive partner, including that the daily operations and DanPilot's contact person have access to a "single point of contact".
