3.1 The subject of the contract is the service of collection and transport of municipal waste from real estate inhabited in the Sępólno Krajeńskie commune and collected at the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point in Sępólno Krajeński in the period from 01.01.2024 to 31.12.2024.
3.2 The scope of the contract includes the collection and transport of mixed non-segregated municipal waste with code 20 03 01, and the collection and transport of municipal waste sorted and collected in a selective way:
1) paper and cardboard and paper and cardboard packaging,
2) metals and metal packaging,
3) plastics and plastic packaging,
4) glass and glass packaging,
5) multi-factory packaging,
(6) biodegradable waste
7) waste electronic equipment,
8) bulky waste,
9) expired medicines and chemicals,
10) ash,
11) construction and demolition waste.

3.3 The Contractor is obliged to transport the collected municipal waste to the municipal installation indicated by the Contracting Authority selected as a result of a separate procedure. 3.4 The municipal installation selected as a result of a separate procedure shall be located at a distance of up to 80 km from the Ordering Party's registered office.
3.5 Details characterizing the contract:
(a) Urban-rural municipality.
b) The area of the Sępólno Krajeńskie Commune is 229.2 km2.
c) The number of inhabitants registered in the municipality of Sępólno Krajeńskie as at 30.06.2023 was 15 028 people, including 8 475 in the city and 6 553 in the countryside.
d) Number of inhabitants as of 30.06.2023 according to submitted declarations: 12 746 people.
e) The estimated number of multi-family buildings is 176, including:

- housing cooperative - 18 buildings,
Village:
- "small communities" - 37 buildings,
- "Large communities" - 27 buildings.
3.6 When commencing the service, the Contractor must take into account the possibility of changing the number of residential properties.
