Portal strategy: Migration, operation, system service and further development of TYPO3 web portals

Through several service providers, gematik currently operates various portals and websites for external communication as well as for the provision of target group-specific information, specifications, documents and services in the TI context. These include: homepage (with associated microsites e-prescription, TI-Score, Capture-The-Flag), specialist portal and interoperability navigator (INA). The aim of the procurement is to conclude a full-service contract for the central and consolidated operation and further development of the following web portals in gematik:

- Homepage and microsites (end of the current contract: 23.03.2024)

- INA (end of the current contract: 20.03.2024)

- Optional: specialist portal (end of the current contract: 20.09.2024).

The scope of services thus initially includes the migration to a consolidated operating platform and, over the term of the contract, both hosting and technical operation as well as support and further development of the web portals as well as editorial support. The need for further development is planned and implemented on an ad hoc basis in consultation between the contractor and the client.
