The Ellertshäuser See in the district of Schweinfurt is a state water reservoir, consisting of a main lake with an area of approx. 31 hectares and a pre-lake (approx. 2 hectares). For the following construction and renovation measures, engineering services must be provided according to the HOAI: Concrete renovation, metal construction, hydraulic steel construction, replacement of extraction pipes, replacement of extraction structures, replacement of control and telecommunication systems, replacement of ventilation systems, replacement of leachate systems, construction of a ground lock (or similar). In addition, the installation of an inner seal may be necessary for the main dam. The lake will be completely drained for the construction work.

To plan these measures, performance levels 1 and 2 HOAI of the service profiles engineering structures, structural planning and technical equipment must first be provided. If the measure is continued, the other performance levels will also be commissioned. In addition, health and safety coordination services are required.

The subject of the contract is the award of the service profiles engineering structures (Section 43 HOAI), structural engineering (Section 51 HOAI) and technical equipment (Section 55 HOAI).

The client initially intends to award performance levels 1 and 2 (LPH 1-4) of the above-mentioned HOAI services, as well as performance level 1 of the safety and health protection coordination. The client intends to call up further performance levels individually or as a whole when continuing and executing the planning.

A time frame of 16 weeks after the order has been placed is specified for the provision of performance levels 1 and 2. A decision will then be made to continue with the planning.
