Description:
Municipality of Joroinen - winter maintenance work 2023 – 2026

The target of the contract is winter maintenance work on the municipal zoning roads and pedestrian and cycle paths of the municipality of Joroinen, as well as on the yard areas of properties

including work tasks in accordance with the invitation to tender and the works programme and the attached documents.

The contract is divided into sections as follows:

- Subdivision 1: Street areas and pedestrian and bicycle lanes in the village

- Subdivision 2: Kuvans street areas, pedestrian and bicycle lanes and identified properties

- 3 subdivisions: The yard areas of the church village properties and the identified public areas in accordance with Appendix map 3.1

- 4 subdivision: Courtyards of church village properties and identified public areas according to Appendix map 3.2

- Subdivision 5: Courtyards of church village properties and identified public areas according to Appendix map 3.3

- 6 subdivision: Courtyards of church village properties and identified public areas in accordance with Appendix map 3.4

- Subdivision 7: identified sites in sparsely populated areas

The contract form is a unit price contract that is responsible for operations. The contractor executes the contract, the invitation to tender and the contract documents

in accordance with the unit prices given in the tender for the work. With regard to the entity to be managed, the contractor acts on its own initiative and with a responsible manner in achieving the quality goals set by the client in terms of the organisation of work and the client.

More detailed requirements by sub-area are presented in the invitation to tender and in the accompanying documents

Street areas and pedestrian and bicycle lanes in the village according to Appendix map 1

According to map appendix 1 of the subdivision and other contract documents, the selected contractor is responsible for the winter maintenance of the church village street areas and pedestrian and bicycle lanes.

In the tender, the contractor indicates the unit prices for the subdivision that serve as the basis for charging for the contract.

The comparison of offers is made by sub-area. The selection criterion is the most economically advantageous price combination/sub-area for the client.

The benchmark price and scoring for Section 1 shall be weighted as follows:

- 80% of the unit price of the plowing route indicated in the tender

- 20 % of the average of the unit prices indicated in the tender.

The maximum score in the subdivision is 100 p.

Kuvans street areas, pedestrian and bicycle lanes and identified properties according to Appendix map 2

Winter maintenance work of the street areas, pedestrian and cycle paths and yard areas of the identified properties described in Appendix map as described in the invitation to tender and contract documents in the Kuvans urban settlement of the municipality of Joroinen.

In the tender, the contractor indicates the unit prices for the subdivision that serve as the basis for charging for the contract.

The comparison of offers is made by sub-area. The selection criterion is the most economically advantageous price combination/sub-area for the client.

The benchmark price and scoring for Section 2 shall be weighted as follows:

- 80% of the unit price of the plowing route indicated in the tender

- 20 % of the average of the unit prices indicated in the tender,

Identified sites in sparsely populated areas according to Appendix map 4

Plowing / spinning and sanding work in the yards of Kolma schools. Winter maintenance of the service roads of the Kalalampi, Valkeinen and Valvatus water intake/pumping stations.
