The contracting authority, Åsnes Municipality, would like tenders for project management for the construction of the New Åsnes Primary School. The assignment primarily consists of delivering capacity and competence for builder advisory services in accordance with the contracting authority's needs.
So far a feasibility study has been carried out, called 'Draft Project for Political Discussion', which the municipal council has decided to continue with. The draft project gives clear guidelines on the more general requirements that must be set for the contractor market. This has now been further concretised and the tender documentation for the contractor market has been prepared and uploaded to Mercell.
The project will be carried out with partnering as the execution model, further described as a project development phase/partnering phase (phase 1), with an option for transition to a turnkey contract in the execution phase (phase 2).
In order to take care of the project in the best possible way, Åsnes Municipality would like support in executing:
*assistance with tender evaluations of received tenders, negotiations/clarifications with prequalified contractors and subsequent preparation/completion of the contract basis with the chosen contractor in line with the mentioned tender documentation.
*broad builder support and process guidance for the execution of the two mentioned phases in line with the mentioned tender documentation. The reference to the notice for the partnering contract will be given in Mercell at a later date.
The project owner will, in the partnering organisation itself, have representatives in the partnering board, but would like, for both phase1 and phase 2, tenders for:
*Builder's PL,
*Builder's representatives in the management group partnering, without user coordinator. The required consultant team to inspect that the turnkey contractor's solutions and engineering design services are in accordance with the builder's expectations and needs.
