The subject of the contract is the successive delivery of light heating diesel fuel in the amount of an estimated 174,000 liters (82,000 liters applies to NOSG, 92,000 liters applies to UdSC) to the oil boiler room to the SG Branch in Biała Podlaska (in accordance with Annex No. 2 to SWZ – description of the subject of the contract). Purchased heating diesel will be used for heating purposes (heating of rooms, hot water).

The Customer reserves the right to receive a smaller amount of oil, as appropriate, but not less than 104,000 liters (49,000 liters for NOSG and 55,000 liters for UdSC).
