With this procurement, the municipality of Vihti will select three framework contract consultants, from whom the work will be ordered in the order of priority according to the tender comparison. If, in order of priority, the first service provider is unable to implement the service, the customer will be transferred to the next supplier in the order of priority who is able to produce the ordered service. The procurement shall not be subdivided in order not to jeopardise the proper performance of the contract due to the need for additional coordination and to ensure cooperation between different planning disciplines and the timely submission of plans.

Services are procured during the contract period as needed and the contracts do not commit to specific procurement volumes. The procurement concerns assignments that are not put out to tender as separate procurements.

A small part of Vihti street, park and sports areas and water supply are planned as own work. Some of the traffic management plans are drawn up as own work. The municipality of Vihti reserves the right to draw up such plans itself instead of using a contract supplier.
