The scope and purpose of the procurement

The municipalities of Gran, Jevnaker and Lunner shall enter into framework agreement on ICT hardware. The framework agreement will include the following equipment:

— Workstations and accessories (Desktop and laptop computers, internet tablets/reading tablets, student PCs, PC screens and accessories);

— Servers, storage solutions (SAN), backup and UPS;

— Network products.

The objective of the framework agreement is to standardise the equipment fleet, simplify operation, service and maintenance, and simply administration and procurement. The municipalities businesses are geographically limited to the 3 municipalities and it is here the deliveries shall occur.

The value of the framework agreement is estimated to be: 4 500 000 NOK excluding VAT per year. The value must be considered an estimate and is not binding.

The Contracting Authority will enter into a contract with 1 tenderer.

Gran kommune has a framework agreement on Student PCs that expires 15.10.2016, with an option on an extra year. Gran kommune has the option to joint this agreement when the existing framework agreement expires.
