Techcollege wants to build a new bakery, butcher and serving department of approx. 2 400 m2 to support the professional foundation, in these areas and at the same time link them more closely with the other education programs that are in the food field.

Techcollege wants to erect a building that can help to be a new meeting point for food education and at the same time a beacon for professional development in education in the industry.

The goal is a building with room for both immersion and tranquility as well as clear insight into workshops and activities in the house. A house that has a particular focus on inviting to see the various disciplines and bring more collaboration across the disciplines.

The financial framework of the assignment, defined by ABR 18 § 4 (2). 2 (c), is set at DKK 41,000,000 excl. VAT.

The total financial framework, as defined by ABR 18 § 4 (2). 4 (a), has been set at DKK 53,400,000 excl. VAT.

The tender is conducted as a project competition as a total consultancy with a limited number of participants according to the tender law, after prior pre-qualification.

The award criterion is "economically most advantageous offer" with best price-quality ratio.

The service itself consists of comprehensive advice in accordance with the Danish ARK and FRI's standard description of benefits for construction and landscape 2018.

Including project management, construction management, professional supervision and project follow-up.
