The purpose of this procurement file is the design, development and implementation of a Monitoring and Control System for the provision of dependency services. This system will be made up of a series of components that complement and evolve, or in some case replace, the current management systems so that it is feasible to collect reliably, and in real time, all the relevant information on the management of the Home Help Service and the Day and Night Center Service. which the Agency is currently unaware of as these services are provided through indirect management, both through local corporations and private entities. The main objective is to have this information in a unified database that makes it possible to monitor each individual intervention project and facilitate data analysis and decision-making.

Design, Development and Maintenance of a technological solution that allows the collection of information on the effective provision of dependency services and processing it for treatment in the management of the Home Help Service and Day and Night Center, as well as the supply of the necessary equipment and the associated installation and management services.

Design, Development and Maintenance of a Web Portal and an APP to measure the level of satisfaction of dependent people and their families regarding the provision of dependency services and evaluate the quality of the Home Help Service, the Day and Night Center Service and the Residential Care Service.
