An engineering design group shall be procured for the preparation of the tender documentation for respectively a turnkey contract and a main contract for the following measures:
Turnkey contract:
Vadsø kommune plans to expand the current residential and welfare centre, with the construction of a new nursing home with 19 places.
A new day centre will also be established, partially by reconstruction and partially by expansion of the existing health centre on the first floor.
Sense gardens, outdoor areas and some parking lots shall be established in connection with the new hospital wing.
Main contract:
Two rehabilitation places shall also be established for drugs and psychiatry in a monitored unit, and three short-time respite places for dementia patients. These shall be established through reconstruction and renovation in the existing health centre, second floor.
Lastly, the existing ward places in the health centre, second floor, shall be renovated, and also a new personnel room shall be established here.
The total gross area is approx. 2 835 m
