Development of strategic documents on adaptation to climate change. Municipal Plan of Rainwater and Melwater Retention together with the inventory of the municipal rainwater sewage system under the project entitled: "Starachowice – development of documentation as part of the support for urban development POPT 2014-2020".
Subject-matter of the proceedings:
Task 1 - Inventory of the municipal storm water drainage.
Task 2 - Development of the Retention Plan - indication of the location and type of retention reservoirs and new water receivers.
Task 3 - Development of a variant concept of the rainwater sewage system with an indication of new technical possibilities.
Task 4 - Development of a document – recommendations, maps, situational plans, actions, schedule, etc.
The subject of the contract is the execution of inventory works of sewers and wells on the storm water drainage system and the transfer of information about the storm water drainage network for the entire city to the platform for collecting, managing and analyzing data (. SHP/sqlite databases) (hereinafter: the Platform). The purpose of this process is to prepare layers of the storm water drainage network for the construction of a hydraulic model, to assess the needs for the stormwater management program in the city and to locate storm water drainage outlets to consumers.

Due to the nature of the activities covered by the contract, the Contracting Authority does not require the employment of persons involved in the execution of the contract on the basis of the employment relationship.
The order is financed from the project: "Starachowice – preparation of documentation
as part of the support for urban development POPT 2014-2020", co-financed by the European Union under the Cohesion Fund, Operational Programme Technical Assistance 2014-202 85% from the state budget 15% based on the contract
for funding.
