3.1 The subject of the contract includes the provision of services consisting of mechanical and manual mowing of herbaceous vegetation from the area of meadow habitats, including:

3.1.1 Part 1 - Skotniki;

3.1.2 Part 2 - Lagiewniki;

3.1.3 Part 3 - Lublinek-Ruda.

3.1.1 Part 1 - Scots:

3.1.1.1 in the "Bzura / Boruty" area, the scope of work includes mowing herbaceous vegetation twice in the area of 3.06 ha. On the part about 2.89 ha requires mechanical mowing, e.g. with a flail mower or an equivalent set with the fragmentation of mown vegetation and leaving it scattered on the ground in the mowing area. On the rest of the area 0.17 ha (in hard-to-reach places) requires manual mowing with a petrol brushcutter or scythe, leaving the mown vegetation scattered on the ground.

3.1.1.2 in the "Góra na Rogi" area, the scope of work includes mowing herbaceous vegetation twice in the area of 4.85 ha. On the part about 4.46 ha requires mechanical mowing, e.g. with a flail mower or an equivalent set with the fragmentation of mown vegetation and leaving it scattered on the ground in the mowing area. On the rest of the area 0.39 ha (in places that are difficult to access) manual mowing with a brushcutter or scythe is required, leaving the mown vegetation scattered on the ground.

3.1.1.3 in the area of ecological use "Łąki na Modrzewiu", the scope of work includes one-time manual mowing of herbaceous vegetation in the area of 1.43 ha. Mechanical mowing is not allowed due to the wet nature of the area. Manual mowing with a brush cutter or scythe is required. After mowing, the plant material should be raked and cleaned up. Clearing vegetation can occur after drying it in the mowing areas. The Employer does not provide storage for mowed and cleaned vegetation, leaving it for further development / utilization by the Contractor.

3.1.2 Part 2 - Lagiewniki:

3.1.2.1 in the area of 'Łąka Opadówka', the scope of work includes mowing herbaceous vegetation once in the area of 0.40 ha, with:

3.1.2.1.1 on part of the area, i.e. 0.08 ha, mechanical mowing is required, e.g. with a tractor with a rotary or flail mower or an equivalent set, with raking, cleaning up and folding of mown vegetation on the outskirts of the mowing areas;

3.1.2.1.2. For a part of 0.32 ha covering wetlands, manual mowing with a brush cutter or scythe is required. Mechanical mowing is not allowed due to wet ground. After mowing, the plant material should be raked, cleaned and folded around the edges of the mowing areas.

3.1.2.2 in the area of ecological use "Międzyrzecze Bzury i Łagiewniczanki", the scope of work includes one mowing at the area of 6.38 ha, with:

3.1.2.2.1 on part of the surface, i.e. 1.97 ha, mechanical mowing is required, e.g. with a tractor with a rotary or flail mower or an equivalent set, with raking, cleaning up and folding of mown vegetation on the outskirts of the mowing areas;

3.1.2.2.2 on a part of 4.41 ha covering wetlands, manual mowing with a brush cutter or scythe is required. Mechanical mowing is not allowed due to wet ground. After mowing, the plant material should be raked, cleaned and folded around the edges of the mowing areas.

3.1.3.1 The scope of work includes mowing herbaceous vegetation twice in Lublinek meadows with a total area of 54.89 ha, of which 36.11 ha for mowing.

3.1.3.2 In part of the area of 33.90 ha, mechanical mowing is required, e.g. with a tractor with a rotary mower or an equivalent set with clearing mown vegetation from the mowing area.

3.1.3.3 On an area of 2.21 ha (in hard-to-reach places) manual mowing with a brushcutter or scythe is required and the mown vegetation from the mowing area must be cleared.

3.1.3.4 Clearing vegetation may occur after it has been dried in the mowing areas.

3.1.3.5 The Employer does not provide a place for storing mowed and cleaned vegetation, leaving it for further development / utilization by the Contractor.
