Sarastia Oy is asking for your offer for a framework agreement on house building design services for new buildings and renovations, as per the specifications. Design services are procured as part of projects whose estimated total value is below the EU tender threshold for works contracts. As an option in the contract, the subscribers have the right to procure design services under the contract also for projects above the EU threshold. (see details of sub-option options). The tender shall be chosen on the basis of economic value for money and on the basis of the lowest price. Selection will take place in the order of the providers' scores. If more than one tenderer receives the same score, the contracting entity will award the contract to the tenderers selected for the framework agreement. Lottery is a accepted practice in case law. Unit 1 will acquire architectural and main design in the Kanta-Häme area. The tasks of the architect / master designer are based on the Architectural Design Task List RT 10-11109 and the Master Design Task List RT 10-11108 (see Appendix 2 and Appendix 3). The competition will be carried out in an open procedure, whereby a minimum of six (6) and a maximum of eight (8) best-ranked suppliers will be selected.
10 units will be purchased for HVAC design in the Uusimaa region. The responsibilities of the HVAC designer are based on the Building Technical Design To-do List RT 10-11290 (See Appendix 7). The competition will be carried out in an open procedure, whereby a minimum of three (3) and a maximum of five (5) highest ranking suppliers will be selected for the sub-set.
Subdivision 11 will acquire electrical engineering for the Uusimaa region. The duties of the electrical engineer are based on the Building Engineering Task List RT 10-11290 (See Appendix 7). The competition will be carried out in an open procedure, whereby a minimum of three (3) and a maximum of five (5) highest ranking suppliers will be selected for the sub-set.
